Can I change the recipient's address after the order is placed?
>> You can contact our customer service officer for further action. If possible, you should contact us directly before we pack your order.
What happens if my order is lost or stolen?
>> You can report to our customer service officer for further action.
Can I edit or cancel after placing an order?
>> Sorry. All orders cannot be changed after placing order or making payment.
Parcel Tracking
>> Parcel Tracking details will only be available after the package has been collected by the courier company.
Cash On Delivery
>> We also offer cash on delivery (COD) for delivery within Malaysia. Please note that the COD service depends on the availability of the COD service provided by the appointed courier company.
>> The recipient is responsible for agreeing to the delivery method when the recipient is contacted by the courier and to pay in full for the product upon delivery.
>> Payment method : Cash payment upon delivery.
Shipping Charge
>> Shipping charges will be charged based on the location of the customer’s shipping address.
>> Peninsula: MYR 9.00
>> Sabah & Sarawak: MYR 15.00
Delivery will be done in which area?
>> Delivery is done throughout peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
How long will it take for the order to arrive?
>> It depends on the customer’s area and the number of orders available that day. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier service provider will attempt a second or third delivery attempt (subject to the designated courier company). If there is no response from the recipient after the second or third attempt, the item will be returned to the sender.
When will the delivery be made?
>> Delivery is only done on working days (easyparcel)
Minimum order limit?
>> No limit for orders. However, shipping costs will change according to the total weight of the order (subject to the appointed courier company)

What are the qualifications to register as a MyKREASI B40 Community student?
>> Students must be from the B40 target group of individuals, and screening will be conducted if many students register for a batch.

How long does the process for registration as a MyKREASI Community B40 student to be approved?
>> Registration will be approved within 1 to 3 working days.
How long is the learning period as a MyKREASI B40 Community student?
>> Students will undergo learning classes for 2 to 3 months
Is there an option to attend classes online?
>> Yes, there are options for online and offline classes according to the category chosen for learning.
If eligible, is it necessary to make any payment?
>> Yes, a payment as low as RM60 per month will be charged as a Commitment Fee. Payment can be made in cash or transfer after the class starts.
How to register as a MyKREASI instructor?
>> You can register as an instructor in the “About us” menu area according to the terms and conditions that have been set.
>> You have the opportunity to become our instructor after you finish being our student according to the qualifications that have been set.
