RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Inspection and damage
MyKreasi.com will work hard to ensure that all our products are processed and delivered in good condition. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within three days (3) days after receiving your item. After three days, the product cannot be returned or refunded and the product is considered sold. Customers must inspect all items after receiving the purchased items. You can return the item if the item received is wrong, damaged or has a defect.
Note: If for other reasons, it will not be a valid reason for return, and exchange can be made only once.
- All returns will be subject to the following terms and conditions :
1) The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original box and / or packaging. Be sure to include the original invoice for proof of transaction.
2) This policy only applies to items purchased on our website at a fixed price.
3) Sale/discount items are not eligible for refunds and exchanges. If you want to exchange for a different price from the original product, we will not refund the balance.
4) We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine that the customer is abusing our return and exchange policy, the product will be sent back to you.
5) All shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not responsible until the item reaches our office.
6) All refunds will be made in the form of store credit to your account.
- Return or exchange procedure (Google Form)
For a product return or exchange, fill out a Google Form on MyKreasi.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. You must enter the following details in the Google Form:
Full Name
NRIC
Phone Number
Invoice Number
Product Purchase Date
Reason for change (so we can take note to improve)
Description of defect or damage; and
Picture of the damaged product (MANDATORY) *
Next you can send the item to the address below for us to process your return / exchange;

Upon receipt of your request to return or exchange, we will contact you within three to four (3-4) business days for further instructions. For item exchange, please let us know the item you want to exchange.
If we send you the wrong or defective item, we will cover all return shipping costs (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure that we send you the correct item. However, if you wish to exchange any item, all shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not responsible until the item reaches our office.
Once your return has been received and inspected by us (usually within three to four (3-4) days of receipt), your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund.
- CancellationÂ
Any order changes and order cancellations will not be allowed once payment has been confirmed. Any cancellation due to change of mind will not be accepted.
The same applies to cancellation if the goods ordered by you do not meet your wishes / needs. Therefore, customers are advised to ascertain your requirements and ask the Sales Assistant before placing their order.
We reserve the right to refuse any cancellations, refunds deemed inappropriate or unreasonable.
